dechang Crease is the most advanced creasing matrix ever developed by Man Mat, manufactured using state of the art, laser-controlled technology. It is a Ultra thin plastic based material.
Features & Benefits:

2. Specially engineered shoulders for faster, smoother substrate throughout.
3. Patented adhesive-free locator bonding leaves no sticky residue, resulting in better quality & quicker creases.
4. Easy to use finger-lift adhesive system.
dechang Crease is colour coded (by channel height) and both locator and matrix is printed with product dimensions, so you’ll never find yourself accidentally using the wrong size matrix.
Application :
dechang Creasing Matrix are fi tted to die cutting plates or cylinder jackets in die cutting and creasing applications and act as part of a “make ready” counter die system into which the Creasing Rules end their down stroke and create a fold in the paper or card.
Creasing Matrix is self-locating and therefore ensures precise register between creasing rule and matrix. It also enables guaranteed location of the matrix first time and reduces downtime of the machine.
100% accuracy of width and depth of the matrix provides uniform and consistent creasing.
